BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — Nate Eaton, a reporter for East Idaho News, says Lori Vallow Daybell is filing a motion to dismiss her case because of prosecutorial misconduct.
Among other things, she alleges the prosecutor gave Eaton off-the-record advice on how to avoid being a subpoena.
