BOISE – Idaho (CBS2) — BOISE, Idaho — A man wanted for a felony probation violation was arrested following a standoff with police on March 25, 2025. Ottis Moore was taken into custody by Boise Police officers at a residence near 36th Street and Sunset Avenue.
