GARDEN CITY, Idaho (CBS2 News) — Bardenay has opened its fourth restaurant and distillery in Garden City, but it’s not exactly the same as its downtown Boise, Eagle, and Coeur d’Alene locations. “It’s similar, but it’s a little fancier,” said Kevin Settles, CEO of Bardenay. “We’re always conscious of value.”
Settles also shared that the Garden City location is the first to have a state liquor store right outside, offering unique items not available elsewhere.
“We have customers that’ve been coming for 20 years who don’t realize we actually make hard liquor from scratch there, or that you can buy our spirits through the state store,” said Settles. “We’ve never been able to sell a customer a bottle until we opened that store, so we’re very excited about that. It’s a state store, but it only sells our products.”…
