IDAHO FALLS — Over the weekend, the Idaho Falls Police Department and Idaho Falls Fire EMS responded to two serious crashes in Idaho Falls.
On Saturday, April 19, 2025, shortly after 4:00 a.m., Idaho Falls police officers responded to River Park Way, behind the Hilton Garden Inn for a report of a motorcycle crash after a passerby came upon the crash site. Officers arrived and found an unconscious injured adult male driver and a 2006 Yamaha motorcycle. The driver was transferred to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center via Idaho Falls Fire ambulance with serious injuries.
Through investigation, officers determined that the driver was traveling north on River Park Way sometime between 2:00 and 4:00 a.m. The driver failed to negotiate a turn, laying the bike down and eventually coming to a stop.
