‘We all belong here’: A Boise school’s annual cultural festival celebrates community diversity

BOISE, Idaho — Taft Elementary School’s hallways echo with 13 different languages daily, a diversity celebrated Thursday night at the school’s annual Culture Festival that drew hundreds of community members.

“It is just a joy to have all of our families and celebrate the amazing diversity we have here,” said Principal Tim Lowe.
