BOISE, Idaho — The deadline for the REAL ID cards, or Star Cards in Idaho, was May 7. Residents will need to get a REAL ID to fly or enter government buildings, so the Idaho Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is opening another pop-up office to assist those getting a Star Card.
The DMV had opened a temporary Star Card office at the DMV headquarters off of Chinden Boulevard, which offered walk-in services for the Star Card. The DMV will now be moving that operation to their Ada County Motor Vehicle office, located at 9115 W. Chinden Boulevard, #103, Garden City, Idaho.
This move will help streamline Star Card appointments, allowing for more folks to get in and get out…
