A woman died Tuesday night in a local hospital after being rescued from a Boise canal.
Boise police and fire units responded to a report of a person in a canal at 7:51 p.m. Tuesday near the 2900 block of West Rose Hill Street on the Bench, the Boise Police Department said in a news release.
