Historical Boise park made new again

BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — C.W. Moore Park, one of Boise’s oldest parks, is welcoming the public back after undergoing improvements that officials say enhance the park’s accessibility, usability, and historical elements. The park has been around since the 1930s and has always included many historical artifacts. Boise City’s Director of the Department of Art and History said the refresh better organizes the existing historical artifacts and has made room for new ones. She said, “We wanted people who came to this park to know what came before as a way to sort of know where they live and where they come from.
