Another former Caldwell Police Department officer has filed a claim letter against the city and certain officials.
Dinius & Associates submitted a notice of a tort claim on behalf of former Caldwell Police Lt. Benjamin Heinrich in May. BoiseDev obtained the document from the city through the Idaho Public Records Act.
