Three individuals have been arrested in connection with the June 29 shooting death of 23-year-old Christopher Holloway on N. Dalton Lane in Boise.
On July 3, James Martinez, 43, of Nampa, was formally charged with murder, a felony, and remains in the Canyon County Jail after his arrest on July 1 in Nampa on a fugitive to Idaho charge due to a confirmed parole violation warrant out of California. His arrest followed an extensive investigation by Boise Police, with assistance from the Nampa Police Department.
Also on July 3, Boise Police arrested Tina Houlden, 63, on a felony charge of harboring a felon. Houlden is related to the primary suspect, James Martinez, and helped him attempt to flee the area following the fatal shooting, according to a Boise Police Department news release.
