BOISE, Idaho — The old Les Bois Park is gone. The former horse racing track is growing into a pro soccer stadium, park, and public fields. That’s why some are calling the future Les Bois Park a “multi-purpose mecca.”

He’s been doing this for more than two-and-a-half decades. He was here when horse racing was the draw for Les Bois Park, and when horse racing went away. And he’s here now, as a huge change is happening. “Les Bois Park in its day was a big deal. I mean, I still, to this day, miss horse racing, like a lot of people do. But you have to move forward and go with the growth.”…
