‘Conditions are improving’: Sparklight provides update

MERIDIAN, Idaho — The city of Meridian took to Facebook Thursday morning to alert the public of an internet outage impacting customers.

The internet provider Sparklight is experiencing an outage at its Nampa facility, which is impacting many throughout the Treasure Valley.

In an 8:40 a.m. update from Sparklight, KTVB learns that an HVAC issue caused the internet outage. The Nampa Sparklight office is closed on Thursday, so crews can assess and work.
