BOISE — “Whirlwind” is an apt description for the changes the city’s 19-year-old indie bookstore has undergone over the last 18 months.
In February 2024, longtime staff members Rebecca Crosswhite, Hannah Fischer, Kalli King and Rebecca Lieber-Gottberg became co-owners of the business — taking over day-to-day operations from founders Bruce and Laura DeLaney, who now live out of state.
