A new breakfast spot featuring a French press coffee bar is coming to the Boise Bench.
Marcus Allen and Veronica “Betty” Mena are opening Betty’s Cafe at 4504 W Overland Rd in the Country Club Plaza.
Allen also owns MB Sandwich House in the same strip mall, and BoiseDev reported when it opened in 2021. He and Betty, his fiancée, saw the opportunity to expand and bring a homey breakfast and lunch spot next door…
