BOISE, Idaho — A group of kayakers pulled a couple out of their car after they crashed and flipped it into the Payette River earlier this month.
On Sunday, Aug. 3rd, the Valenzuela family was travelling home to Caldwell from Cascade, after spreading their grandmother, Ellen Riley’s ashes at her favorite campsite, Horsethief Reservoir Campground.
