Time is ticking for travelers craving Smashburgers before a Boise Airport flight

The Boise Airport’s food and merchandise makeover is on its way to completion. Several restaurants and shops are departing to make way for new ones.

Before these restaurants close, you may want to stop by Einstein Bros. Bagels, Smashburger, Harvest & Grounds and River City Coffee & Cafe.

In June 2024, the Boise Airport announced its plan to replace or renovate the sites of all vendors as their 10-year concessions contracts came up for renewal. The goal is to highlight the best of Boise with local restaurants and shops that travelers can enjoy while passing through. The new restaurants and shops were chosen after a public solicitation for proposals.
