Affirming the Planning and Zoning Commission, Boise City Council voted Tuesday to deny an appeal that opposed plans to repurpose the Idaho National Guard Armory into a ministry.
The armory, which is part of the National Register of Historic Places, was built in the 1930s and today is located in Boise’s East End next to Fire Station No. 1 and across from the Boise Bike Park, where it has sat vacant for decades.
