Costco is considering building yet another new store in the Treasure Valley, this time in Eagle near the city limit with Boise.
The wholesale retail giant is soliciting for a new warehouse store and associated fuel station at the corner of Idaho 55 and Hill Rd., according to documents viewed by BoiseDev.
The Costco project has not been formally applied for with the City of Eagle and may not proceed, and would need approval from the city to move forward.
What’s planned
A preliminary site plan shows a 161,522 square foot Costco store near Idaho 55, as well as a fuel center and gas pumps placed at the corner of Hill Rd. and Horseshoe Bend Rd.
