Family in deadly Wyoming plane crash identified

Sheridan County, Wyo. – The family involved in a deadly plane crash in northern Wyoming on September 2, 2025, are being identified.

The four passengers of the plane have been identified as a Boise, Idaho family; 54-year-old Earl Palmer, 53-year-old Cindy Palmer, 11-year-old Aeron Palmer, and 13-year-old Amelia Palmer. Amelia Palmer was pronounced dead at the scene from blunt force trauma. She was the 2024/2025 Treasure Valley Rodeo Mini Queen and second runner-up to 2026 Miss Junior Rodeo Idaho.
