A recently rebranded out-of-state construction firm has purchased another construction company based in Nampa.

Suncore Construction & Materials, Inc., of Spanish Fork, Utah, has acquired Thueson Construction, Inc., along with its subsidiary, G&B Redi-Mix. Thueson has been in business in the region for more than 30 years and the purchase includes its four locations and 125 employees throughout the valley. All of the Thueson properties will operate under the Suncore name.
