BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — A local animal rescue is raising awareness for the ever-growing issue of animal overpopulation. Spay, neuter, adopt, rescue, foster, or SNARF is using “pet condoms” to educate the public on the matter.
Now, the “condoms” in question are not actual condoms. They are pamphlets full of information and resources about spaying and neutering your pets.
