BOISE, Idaho — Blue and white ribbons now hang throughout the Treasure Valley as a community remembers 13-year-old Amelia Palmer, who died Labor Day in a plane crash while returning home from Wyoming with her family.
Amelia died at the scene of the crash. Her parents, Earl and Cindy Palmer, remain hospitalized with life-threatening injuries, while her 11-year-old brother survived and called for help.
Family friends from the Palmers’ church, the Waters family, organized the ribbon display at locations special to Amelia throughout the area…
