Denied: In-N-Out’s Ten Mile appeal rejected by Meridian City Council

Plans for a second In-N-Out in Meridian were shot down by the Meridian City Council late Tuesday night.

BoiseDev’s Sydney Kidd was at the hearing and reports that the council voted 5–1 to deny the chain’s conditional-use permit for a drive-through at the southwest corner of Ten Mile Road and Chinden Boulevard near Costco.

The denial follows a similar 4–1 rejection by the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission in April…
