A Boise woman was arrested Monday on suspicion of stealing more than $30,000 worth of jewelry from multiple hospice patients under her care.
Chyann Janes, 31, was booked into the Ada County jail on Monday and charged with one count of felony burglary, one count of felony grand theft, and one count of misdemeanor petit theft, online arrest and court records show. She was arraigned Tuesday afternoon.
Garden City police initially responded to a theft report on Sept. 19 in the area of Riverside Drive and Lakemont Lane, a department news release stated, and during their investigation learned that an in-home hospice aide had allegedly stolen over $30,000 worth of jewelry from multiple patients under her care…
