BOISE, Idaho — A former employee with the City of Caldwell Parks and Recreation Department has filed a tort claim against the city alleging retaliation and wrongful termination. The claim was filed on Oct. 1, 2025.
In court documents, Daniel McDonald says another city employee stalked him and his wife. The apparent stalking was first reported to management in February 2024.
