For some households, it’s an annual Halloween tradition. You’ve got a bowl of candy set out for the kids, so they can pick their favorite treat after showing off their costume. And, for the adults accompanying the kids, a cooler of beers.
The question isn’t should you or shouldn’t you share beers with your adult neighbors on Halloween this year. The question is…is it legal?

Are there actual, set laws that legally prevent you from handing out alcoholic beverages in your driveway? If there are, we weren’t able to locate them. And, if they exist, you’re really only looking at any kind of trouble if a Karen comes by, calls the police, they show up, and deem you a public nuisance for getting your entire neighborhood plastered…
