Most of the Northgate Shopping Center at State St. and Gary Ln. in Boise has new owners.
A partnership of VAC Development, Ascent Real Estate Advisors, and Martin Family Enterprises purchased the shopping center, according to a news release. Property records show the Albertsons store and its parking area remain separately owned by TaneCap 2, LLP of Los Angeles.
