2 Idaho Plane Crashes Reported, 1 in Boise and 1 in Blackfoot

Within the last week, authorities in Southern Idaho have reported two small airplane accidents.

In one instance, a plane with two passengers crashed onto a side street in the Boise area. In the second accident, it was reported that a small plane had crashed into the Snake River near a bridge in Blackfoot. Photos and videos of the crashes can be seen below.

Boise Police Report a Small Airplane Crash on a City Street

The Boise report was released on social media on November 8th, around 7:30 PM. The report says that the Boise Police Department had responded to a small airplane crash near Orchard, Victory, and W. Wright Streets. The plane was grey with blue stripes and had two passengers who did not report any life-threatening injuries.

Police shared an update at approximately 11:15 PM that Orchard Street had been cleared, but W. Wright remained closed while crews worked to clear the scene. No other update was posted on social media.

Plane Crashes Into Snake River in Southern Idaho Near Bingham County Bridge
