BOISE, Idaho — The West Ada School District is considering boundary changes for the 2026-2027 school year that would affect 13 schools and approximately 1,000 of the district’s 39,000 students.
The proposal, called the Blue Proposal, was developed by a parent-led planning committee and aims to address severe overcrowding at several elementary schools and ensure the district has enough space for students who will come with new growth and development planned in the area.
