BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — As part of our ongoing investigation, Idahonews.com has learned that 15 separate tort claims have been filed this year against the Boise School District.
The Boise School District agreed to settle seven of those claims for $7 million in total. The seven families who have agreed to the settlement are all families of the children who were sexually abused by Gavin Snow, a paraprofessional working in the Special Ed department of Valley View Elementary School.
Snow was reported by the Special Ed teacher, Marianne Baker. Boise Police went to arrest Snow, but he took his own life before he could be taken into custody…
