St. Vincent de Paul to feed over 3,300 Treasure Valley families for Thanksgiving

BOISE, Idaho — Since its inception, Thanksgiving has transformed into a holiday meant to give thanks and bring family and friends together to enjoy classic dishes like roasted turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce.

For food-insecure families, however, the festivities can feel out of reach. For nearly five decades, St. Vincent de Paul Southwest Idaho has ensured Gem State families have a holiday meal through its annual Thanksgiving Food Box Program.
