CALDWELL, Idaho (CBS2) — The Caldwell Police Department says the overall rate of part 1 crime is down by 12.74% from the previous year. Saying, residents have experienced 112 fewer part 1 crimes in 2025.
The department got their first crime data analyst in late 2023, allowing for them to have a more accurate look at specific crimes, where they are happening and how often.
