A new affordable housing development in Nampa is preparing to open its doors.
The Core Apartments in Nampa, located at 203 E. Florida Ave., is nearing completion and is expected to open to residents in January, according to Erin Anderson, Director of The Housing Company. The Housing Company is a nonprofit that is building and will manage the homes, as BoiseDev reported.
The development consists of 74 apartment homes, with a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, as BoiseDev reported.
