On December 9, Denton Apartments held its grand opening in Boise, Idaho. The event was attended by residents, community members, Boise Mayor Lauren McLean, City Council member Kathy Corless, and representatives from The Pacific Companies, Hawkins, and the Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA).
The development adds 191 affordable homes in Boise for residents earning 80% or less of the area median income. Nineteen of these homes are set aside for families leaving homelessness through the Our Path Home initiative.
