BOISE, Idaho — Highway 21 remained closed for a second consecutive day Thursday from Sourdough to Banner Summit after a major rockslide caused by heavy rain in the area.
The Idaho Transportation Department said both lanes are closed until further notice while crews work to clear the debris.
