CALDWELL — Construction of three critical fire department facilities in the city’s downtown and fast-growing areas are expected to begin in early 2026.
Caldwell City Council has approved a $20 million guaranteed maximum price construction contract with CORE Construction, according to a Caldwell Fire Department press release. Of the total, $17.3 million will be funded by the voter-approved bond from November 2023, with the remaining amount funded through fire impact fees.
