What originally started with $1,000 in an account has grown rapidly over the past decade. Boise-based nonprofit, LEAP Housing, is wrapping up its ninth year in tackling all things affordable housing.
LEAP has a staff of 17, and founder Bart Cochran said the organization oversees over $23 million in assets.
