Lawyer: Legal settlements reached in deadly Boise Airport hangar collapse, trial against Inland Crane still ahead

BOISE, Idaho — Nearly two years after a deadly hangar collapse at the Boise Airport claimed the lives of three workers, there is a major legal update in the case.

Confidential settlements have been reached with Big D Builders and Walker Structural Engineering, according to Enrique Serna, the attorney representing the families of two victims. Serna is representing the family of Mariano Coc Och and Mario Sontay Tzi, as well as Alejandro Lopez and Monico Lopez, two of the nine injured workers.

Serna said all parties involved in the settlements are satisfied, and the cases against those companies have now been dismissed…
