A Nampa restaurant is expanding to Meridian.
Pho 7 and Bubble Tea is opening a new concept in Meridian called Pho 7 and Baguette. According to the business’s Facebook, the new store will focus on serving traditional Vietnamese bánh mì. The menu also features pho, boba drinks, and Korean-style corn dogs, among other things.
The grand opening for the new store, located at 1492 N Webb Way, Ste #120 in Meridian, is planned for Jan. 15. The storefront was previously occupied by Paris Banh Mi, which recently closed after opening in 2024…
