NAMPA, Idaho — New details are emerging in a Nampa case where two parents with a history of child abuse are accused of failing to report the death of their 12-day-old baby.
Delfina Krakau, a foster mother who previously cared for the couple’s oldest son in 2019, said the system missed multiple opportunities to prevent the infant’s death.
