A new subdivision with 36 homes could pop up on the edge of Boise’s city limits — right next to a proposed new Costco.
Rama Group LLC owns an 8.2-acre site at 10512 W. Hill Road Parkway in Boise, and has filed an initial application to build a 36-home subdivision on the land, according to permit filings with the City of Boise. Rama is controlled by Kevin & Elizabeth Amar, the owners of homebuilder Biltmore Company of Meridian.
