Meridian man pleads not guilty to felony charges for alleged assaults at Roaring Springs Waterpark

BOISE, Idaho — A Meridian man accused of sexually assaulting children at Roaring Springs Waterpark appeared in court Tuesday afternoon, where a judge delayed his case as attorneys continue negotiations.

A grand jury has indicted Bo Gene Crisp on felony charges tied to incidents investigators say happened in June. During the hearing, Judge Lynn Norton pushed the pretrial conference for 40-year-old Crisp to Jan. 15, and court documents show changes were made to his original charges.

Crisp previously faced two misdemeanor charges for sexual battery, to which he pleaded not guilty…
