CALDWELL, Idaho — Caldwell Police say calls related to domestic violence often increase during the winter months, a troubling pattern reflected in hundreds of cases reported across the city each year.
The reality of those numbers is underscored by the death of Caldwell native Reyna Quintero, whose family is still grappling with the loss nearly three years later and is now raising awareness about warning signs they say are clearer in hindsight.
