Large emergency response to structure fire at a Boise assisted living facility

A large emergency response at an assisted living facility in Boise this afternoon leaves 8 people displaced, but none injured.

Neighborhood Reporter Brady Caskey was on the scene and confirmed officials responded to a fire at Ashley Manor Memory Care, on the 3400 block of Hill Road, shortly after 4 p.m.

Officials on scene say that there were 12 people in the structure at the time of the fire, and 8 people have since been displaced. It was a quick evacuation, and no injuries were reported, Boise Fire Battalion Chief Jonas Dethman said.
