A large emergency response at an assisted living facility in Boise this afternoon leaves 8 people displaced, but none injured.
Neighborhood Reporter Brady Caskey was on the scene and confirmed officials responded to a fire at Ashley Manor Memory Care, on the 3400 block of Hill Road, shortly after 4 p.m.
Officials on scene say that there were 12 people in the structure at the time of the fire, and 8 people have since been displaced. It was a quick evacuation, and no injuries were reported, Boise Fire Battalion Chief Jonas Dethman said.

20 units arrived on scene, including the Idaho Office of Emergency Management, Dethman said. There were seven fire engines and two fire trucks that responded to the call. The Boise Police Department and Ada County Paramedics were also on scene assisting…
