BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — The US National Weather Service reports that the warm and wet start to winter has led to very low snowpack across lower to middle elevations, where precipitation has mostly fallen as rain.
In the high elevations above 6,000 to 7,000 feet, it is near or above normal.
