BOISE, Idaho — A small section of the Boise River Greenbelt will close on Jan. 16 in order to facilitate construction on the retention pond east of Marianne Williams Park, according to Boise Parks and Recreation.
A news release said the work will require large machinery and trucks to be on the path, which is why the section is closing. Officials estimate the section will be reopened by mid-afternoon on Friday.
