A development in Nampa received a green light Tuesday for the layout of dozens of homes on several acres.
The Nampa Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approving the preliminary plat for the Greenhurst Cottages Subdivision at its meeting Tuesday evening. The project, located at 2321 Sunny Ridge Rd., will include 43 cottage-style homes on 3.06 acres and is being developed by Sunny Acre Partners LLC, according to the documents.
