FBI announces $10K reward for missing woman with ties to Boise, Nampa

BOISE, Idaho — The FBI is searching for a missing Indigenous woman with ties to Boise and Nampa, according to the agency’s Seattle field office.

A $10,000 reward is being offered by the FBI for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or people involved with the disappearance of Besalynn Mary James. She also has ties to Nyssa, Oregon and Sacramento, California, according to information released by the FBI.

James, of the Lummi Nation, was last seen on January 20, 2025, at her home in Bellingham, Washington, on the nation’s reservation. She was reported missing to the Lummi Nation Police Department five days later…
