BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — A Boise School District teacher is suing the district after she says she has been left with no other options. Michelle Chung teaches family and consumer science at West Junior High, a job she has had since 2019.
Shortly after she began teaching at West, Chung says she noticed signs of mice in her kitchen classroom. Michelle says she reported the sighting, but she says little was done besides laying out some sticky traps.
She says that the problem only continued to get worse. She says there were more droppings and more signs that mice were in the kitchen, the food, the ovens, and everywhere else. Michelle says she again reported it to her school principal, but says she was routinely told everything was fine…
