Promotion for what an organizer described as a small tabling event in downtown Caldwell has devolved into accusations of an unruly protest and plans for police presence.
The event, organized by Nampa resident Kimra Luna, was described as an open mic for the community to discuss the local impact of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
